Before coming to FSU, Fr. Allen served for over 17 years in cross-cultural ministry as a missionary in both Asia and Latin America. Throughout that time, the primary focus of his ministry was on leadership training and formation through theological education. For 13 years he served as Dean/President of the diocesan seminary of Peru, then as Rector of the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd in Lima. Fr. Hill, who has a PhD in Theology and a MA in International Education, is excited to minister on a university campus and to reach out in love to the people of FSU.
